Just incase you're wondering, I DID NOT fill up my tank.

This is insane!

Every petrol stations I bumped into are full of crazy people who would actually wait and waste more petrol for almost an hour just to wait for their turn to fill up their car with the freaking minyak which is gonna be up by 78 cent a litre in less than 4 minutes!!!!

*breathe in... breathe out...*

 

*sigh*

You guys go ahead and wait in the jam and waste more minyak, I'm going home

Previously, my dearest Kancil (Piper) will feel soooo kenyang with around 21.5 litre of petrol (RM1.92 x 21.5 = RM42+/-).

Now, with the 40% increase in petrol price, I havta fork out extra RM16 (RM2.70 x 21.5 = RM58+/-) every time I fill up the tank.

OMG... what is happening with the petrol price nowadays...

What happen to the good old RM35 full tank kancil?

Whatever....

I just minus 1 new clothe from my shopping every month to sum up my cost of feeding piper 3 times a month.

*Less 1 shoe, Less eating sushi, chicken cordon bleu, 6 movies, tiramisu, pizza, hair treatment, cosmetic, RM50 phone bill.... (i can go on and on you know....)*

I’m updating all that I can, as briefed as I can.

Too many events happened and too many events coming up.

To be honest, this kind of eventful life is much better than doing nothing at all.

Sitting around idle makes me feel horrible.
Sitting around makes me question about my career.
Sitting around makes me rant about my purpose in life.

Sitting around m…. Okay... I’m straying.

Hoho.

After the Unduk Ngadau, I ran off to RTM for an hour of DJing and headed straight to Shens to cover DJ Meg.

Hyatt has also changed its Shenanigan’s band to the brand new Live8 group.

I also went to DBKK City Hall for the 5th Malaysia National Harley Owners Group (HOG) Rally 2008 and witnessed about 90 Haley Davidson’s motorbikes displayed at in front of KK City Hall building with its more or less 130 Harley Davidson Bikers mainly from Malaysia and various countries worldwide including Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Macau, France, Thailand, Australia, USA and many others.

Cici was also the MC for the day.

Fyi, Julian and I had actually noticed the Harley bikers parked at Warisan Square while they were having a drink at Starbucks the day before. It was funny to see people suddenly approach the bike take pictures and pretending that it was their bike.

1 Borneo is also open to the public, and despite its size and awesome soon-to-be opened shop lots, I must say that I hate seeing the PTIs roaming around and making funny noises

Before heading off to watch our free GSC movie screening of the Nim’s Island (it sucks… sucks big time. Don’t waste your time), Nadia, Julian and I headed off to Sushi King (Yes, Sushi King is now opened in KK… ) to wobble ourselves with some Kani Mayo Sushi … Wheeeeeeee~~~~

Not only it’s RM2 (WTF! It’s so cheap!) also, it’s my utmost favorite sushi whenever I step my foot in Sushi King.

 

I also met up with Dtk Adeline regarding the KK Performing Arts 2008.

Bapak Manis = Sugar Daddy

Was at SGCC (Sabah Golf & Country Club) for a small SPCA KK meeting.
Ms Faridah, one of the SPCA member (who is also a member of SGCC)
offered Julian and I a drink.
We ordered Teh Tarik.

“Yaaaaiiii!!! Bapak manissss!” – 0_<”
“Sugar daddy?” - Julian
“Wha’?”
“Bapak manis = Sugar Daddy”
“No it’s not!”
“Yes it is!”
“No it’s not! Bapak manis literally means too sweet!”
“Yeah! But the direct translation to it is Sugar Daddy”
“……… *remember… you’re dating a direct translating bf*……”
“Fine~”
“Yes!!!”

Nothing much happened, really.
We were just asked to improve the SPCA slide presentation to make it more *ummph.
Whatever that means…

An orange cat passed by and she looked soooooo cute.
Very playful, but dang… a very ganas one too.
She played around & scratched everybody including me.
I’m immune with cat scratches.
But Julian doesn’t.
He was pissed with the cat
If it wasn’t for the SPCA member there, I figured he would’ve tortured the cat kao-kao. Haha.

SGCC brought back so many memories.
Especially when Tok Wan was in his perfect health.
He loves to play golf you see.
Back then, he even taught Papa how to play perfectly.
To this day, Papa always brought something home whenever he wins a golf match.

Wan (grandma) is receiving the special Chief Minister award for the Veteran Singers & Musicians in Sabah tomorrow night (Tuesday – 27^th/May/2008)
The event will be held in Yayasan Sabah and it is open to public.
Am gonna be there with Julian.

Went to the launching ceremony of Mayor’s KK City book in Le Meridien.
Were seated at the press table together with the ‘ahos’, whom-must-not-be-named.
Anyhow, Julian got ‘the look’ again from some anonymous guy during the event

Uncle Kamaruddin (Papa’s Friend) treated us at Ocean Seafood just now.
Being the sweetest as always, Papa peeled off the prawn skin for Nadia and I. Hohohoho.
The Shanghai Pancake was awesome and it cost RM12.

 

It was raining heavily and our car was parked further away from the Restaurant.
While waiting, the adults decided to continue their chat. *sigh*
Boring weh.... ><"
So I curled up and slept at the table for awhile. (Anak bertuah sungguh)

 

I only manage to get 1 photo of last nite's Harajuku nite at Shen from Julian.
